SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY

Delivery Method

For all orders, we offer a fully trackable delivery service.

Delivery charges are automatically calculated when selecting the country of delivery on the checkout page.

Please note that during sale times and other busy periods deliveries might take longer.

We are currently unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We pack all of our orders using fully recyclable shipping materials. This includes everything but the tape which is made of 100% recycled plastic but is not recyclable itself. We advise you to please remove the tape from the box or envelope before placing it in the recycling.

Taxes and Duties

Handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the UK. Any duties, VAT, or other taxes payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid prior to delivery.

Kindly note, that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise that you contact your local customs office or taxation authority for more information before placing your order.

Returns Policy

When you buy goods from us you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund where the goods are faulty or misdescribed. In this case, you can return the goods back to us in their original condition within 14 days of receipt for a refund.

Refunds are normally processed within 7 working days and all refunds will be made to the method of payment originally used when placing your order. It can take up to 10 working days to receive the funds in your account.

Exchange Policy

We also offer an Exchange Policy that allows customers to return an item purchased in our online store to us within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a credit note. Please note this will only cover the cost of the item and not shipping fees or duty and taxes where we shipped internationally.

Credit notes are valid for one year from the date of issue.

The return shipping fee is not covered by us.

Parcels are the customer’s responsibility until they reach us and a refund or credit note will not be issued until we have received the goods. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed service and that you retain the proof of postage. For international returns, clearly label your parcel as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ to avoid further handling and customs fees. Failure to do so is the sole responsibility of the customer.

Always remember to contact us before you return or exchange an item. Please also notify us when you have mailed the return, along with the tracking number (if applicable).

Cross-border shipments may be opened and inspected by customs authorities, and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which your parcel is destined. We will not be liable for any breach made by you of any such laws.
