WELCOME (BACK)!
Welcome to The Vintage Showroom (again!)
It has been some 14 years now since the company was founded. The business has continued to evolve and grow over this time, but the constant throughout has been our passion for what we do.
The last 18 months have given us time to reflect upon our collection, revisiting the various storage rooms, containers, and crates we have long been neglecting, leading us to re-finding some long-forgotten acquisitions which we have now decided to share.
These are objects that we hunted down and purchased over the years on various travels around the world. Pieces that we fell in love with, each with their own story to tell, which we for whatever reason forgot about for a time. Life was too busy and there was always another flight to catch, collector to meet or flea market to discover. Some of these pieces have been boxed up in storage for years, others have only been on display at our showroom or for special events. A few of them were captured in print in our books or publications, and will now be offered for sale for the first time. This unique collection will be available exclusively online.
In addition to this, we have kept (and expanded!) our collection of vintage silver jewellery, publications (our own as well as others) and deadstock trims and buttons. We have also added a larger selection of items from our two in-house labels: F.W.Collins and Pattern Recognition. Don’t forget to check out our limited-edition tote bag, celebrating and commemorating our beloved 14 Earlham Street store!
We are continuing to offer free shipping on all UK orders as well as free shipping on all international orders over £200.
Aside from the online store, we will also share Stories about items in our collection, personal projects, and other things we love. In our Portfolio, we have gathered some of our favourite projects and collaborations from over the years, and more information can be found about TVS Images – our new digital showroom.
We hope you enjoy it! And thank you for your support always. We also send our warmest thanks to Nick who has helped us build this new website.
